1.3 Capital Acquisition Process Plans

Design and develop Capital Acquisition materials and tools based on the hospital organization, in order to optimize and to improve the effectiveness of the acquisition process.

1.4 Device System Acquisition Management

Perform a Needs Analysis of the organization, establishing technical specifications for medical equipment using a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) process, and RFP analysis considering a Cost/Effectiveness approach and technology trends assessments.
